Service

WooCommerce development for stores that hold up under real order volume.

Stores built on WordPress and WooCommerce, with Sri Lankan payment gateways wired in properly and a checkout that works at 200 orders a day, not just 20.

Sound familiar?

The conversations that usually lead here.

“Checkout breaks during a promotion.”

Timeouts, failed payments, orders stuck on processing — always on the busiest day.

“Payments work, mostly.”

The gateway plugin was configured once by someone who is no longer around.

“We manage stock in three places.”

The store, the ERP and a spreadsheet disagree with each other.

Who it's for

Built for teams like these.

Retail chains and brands moving a physical catalogue online with LKR payments.

Distributors and wholesalers who need B2B pricing, account approval and quotes.

Existing WooCommerce stores that slow down, error out or lose orders during campaigns.

Businesses that want the store on WordPress because the rest of the site already is.

What's included

What we deliver, in plain terms.

Catalogue architecture

products, variations, attributes and filters designed for how customers actually search.

Local payment gateways

PayHere, Onepay and bank IPGs integrated and tested end to end, including failed and refunded payments.

Checkout built for conversion

guest checkout, fewer fields, clear errors, address handling that fits Sri Lankan addresses.

Shipping, delivery and COD rules

zones, rates, cash on delivery and courier handover configured for your operation.

B2B features when needed

wholesale price lists, account approval, minimum quantities and quote requests.

Stock, ERP and accounting sync

integration with your ERP or accounting system so stock and orders live in one place.

Performance under load

object caching, database tuning and load testing before launch, not after the first campaign.

Email and analytics

order emails, abandoned-cart flows in Klaviyo or Mailchimp, GA4 e-commerce events.

How we work

From first call to launch.

01

Scope

Catalogue size, payment methods, shipping rules and integrations go into a written scope with a fixed price.

02

Data and design

We clean and structure your product data and design the store templates around it.

03

Build and test

Staging store with real products, test payments on every gateway, load test at the volume you expect.

04

Launch and support

Go-live plan, redirects, analytics, staff training, 30 days of support, then a care plan.

Pricing
Fixed price against a written scope.
From LKR 950,000

Premium builds from USD 7,500 for international clients, timeline eight to twelve weeks. Smaller store? Launch Store starts at LKR 195,000 (USD 1,890). Your proposal will be exact.

The price depends on the number of templates and pages, integrations, content migration and custom functionality. We scope all of it on a 30-minute call and send a written proposal with a fixed price and a dated schedule.

Before you ask

Questions we get about this service.

PayHere, Onepay and the internet payment gateways offered by local banks, plus international options such as Stripe or PayPal for overseas customers where they are available to your business. We test every method end to end, including refunds.

WooCommerce when you need local gateways, B2B pricing, or the store must live on your WordPress site. Shopify when you sell mostly overseas, want a hosted platform, or depend on the Shopify app ecosystem. We will tell you on the call which fits, and it is sometimes the other one.

Yes. We take spreadsheets, exports from another platform or an ERP feed, clean the data and import it with images, variations and categories.

That scenario is designed for: caching, a tuned database and a load test before launch. If you are on a care plan, SpeedPulse alerts us the moment response times climb.

Tell us what’s broken, or what you’re building.

A 30-minute call, no pitch deck. If we’re not the right fit we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

Typically replies within one business day.

Or leave your details and we'll call you.

No newsletter, no sales sequence. One reply from the person who would do the work.
