  • PayFast, Yoco, Peach Payments and Ozow
  • POPIA-ready forms and consent

Sound familiar?

The conversations that usually lead here.

  • “Our store is held together with plugins.”

Every update is a gamble, and checkout errors only show up as lost orders.

  • “Customers cannot see delivery costs.”

Shipping is quoted by email after the order, so people abandon their carts.

  • “The site does not look as good as our brand.”

A template that was fine five years ago now undersells what you do.

Data protection

Built with POPIA in mind.

The Protection of Personal Information Act applies to the forms, accounts, cookies and newsletters on your website.

We set the site up so it supports your POPIA obligations, and we sign a data processing agreement because our team works on it from Sri Lanka. For legal advice, talk to your attorney or the Information Regulator’s guidance.

What we set up

  • Consent for direct marketing on every form
  • A privacy notice that matches what the site collects
  • Information officer details where your notice needs them
  • Cookie consent before analytics and ad tags load
  • Customer data kept in your accounts, not ours

Before you ask

Questions from South African businesses.

Still unsure? Ask us directly — we answer in one business day.

Can you integrate The Courier Guy or other couriers?

Yes. We connect WooCommerce or Shopify to the courier or shipping platform you use, so customers see delivery costs before they pay.

Which gateway should we choose?

It depends on your fees, payout times and how your customers like to pay. We compare PayFast, Yoco, Peach Payments and Ozow for your business before we build.

When can we talk?

Our working day of 9am to 6pm Sri Lanka time is 5:30am to 2:30pm in Johannesburg, so we book calls in your morning, and later calls can be arranged.

Do you have an office in South Africa?

No. We work remotely from Sri Lanka, as we already do for clients in Singapore, Australia, the UK and the US. You get a named developer, weekly updates and a WhatsApp line.

How do we pay you?

We invoice in US dollars in milestones, usually paid by international bank transfer. Ask on the first call if you need another option.
