Website maintenance
Service

Website maintenance plans with a person who answers.

Monthly care plans for WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify sites: updates, backups, security, monitoring — and a named developer who replies when something breaks.

Sounds familiar?

The conversations that usually lead here.

“We find out it’s down from a customer.”

No monitoring, no alerts, no idea how long it was offline.

“Updates are scary.”

The last plugin update broke checkout, so nothing has been updated since.

“Small changes take weeks.”

A price change or a new team member photo waits for someone to find time.

Who this is for

Built for teams like these.

Companies whose developer has moved on and nobody is responsible for the site.

E-commerce stores where an hour of downtime costs real money.

Marketing teams that need a few changes every month and a fast answer when something looks wrong.

Sites we built — most clients move onto a plan after the 30-day support period.

What’s included

What we deliver, in plain terms.

Updates, tested first

WordPress core, plugins and themes updated on staging, then production, every week.

Backups you can restore

daily off-site backups, with restores tested rather than assumed.

Security

firewall, malware scanning, login hardening, SSL renewal and a response plan if something gets through.

24/7 monitoring with SpeedPulse

uptime and response-time checks with alerts to us and to you.

Support with a response time

a named developer and a written SLA: response by the next business day on Essential, within four business hours on Business, within two hours seven days a week on Commerce.

Content and small changes

from two to ten hours a month of edits included, larger work quoted separately.

Monthly report

uptime, speed, updates applied, issues fixed, recommendations.

Quarterly performance check

Core Web Vitals re-measured and regressions fixed before they cost rankings.

How it works

From first call to launch.

01

Onboarding audit

We review hosting, code, plugins, backups and access, and fix anything urgent.

02

Baseline

Monitoring, backups and security are set up; you get a report of where the site stands.

03

Monthly rhythm

Updates weekly, report monthly, changes as you send them, quarterly speed check.

04

When something breaks

You message us; we acknowledge within the SLA and keep you updated until it is fixed.

Plans

Three plans. The differences are the response time and how much is included.

Every plan includes updates, backups, security and monitoring. Prices exclude hosting and third-party licences.

Invoiced monthly in LKR or USD. 30 days notice to cancel. Larger changes and new features are quoted separately.

Pricing

Fixed price against a written scope.

from LKR 7,500 / month

Typical range, three plans, invoiced monthly. Timeline ongoing, monthly. Your proposal will be exact.

The price depends on the number of templates and pages, integrations, content migration and custom functionality. We scope all of it on a 30-minute call and send a written proposal with a fixed price and a dated schedule.

Before you ask

Questions we get about this service.

Yes. It starts with a paid onboarding audit so we know what we are taking on. Sites with serious problems get a fix-first quote before the plan begins.

A written response time in the agreement, not just on this page: next business day on Essential, four business hours on Business, and two hours seven days a week on Commerce, which also covers out-of-hours downtime.

Plans are monthly with 30 days notice. Everything — hosting, backups, code — is in your accounts, so leaving is easy.

New features, redesigns and large content projects are quoted separately. The plan covers keeping the site updated, secure, backed up, monitored and fast, plus small changes.

Tell us what’s broken, or what you’re building.

A 30-minute call, no pitch deck. If we’re not the right fit we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

Typically replies within one business day.

Or leave your details and we’ll call you.
