Why work with us
Four reasons it works across the Indian Ocean.
- 01
Your working hours
Sri Lanka is 2.5 hours ahead of Nairobi, 3.5 ahead of Johannesburg and 4.5 ahead of Lagos. Your morning call lands in our afternoon.
- 02
Local payments, built in
M-Pesa, Paystack, Flutterwave, PayFast, Yoco and Peach Payments on WooCommerce and Shopify, tested before launch.
- 03
Built for mobile data

- 04
A fixed price in dollars
A written scope and one price before we start, paid in milestones. No hourly billing surprises.

Data protection
Privacy laws, built in from the first page.
Most African markets now have a data protection law, and it applies to your website: contact forms, cookies, analytics and customer accounts.
Because our team works on your site from Sri Lanka, we sign a data processing agreement with every client and keep customer data in your accounts, not ours. We are not lawyers — we build the site so it supports what your legal adviser requires.
What we set up
- Nigeria: Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the 2025 GAID — cookie banner with a clear accept and reject
- Kenya: Data Protection Act 2019 — consent, privacy notice and support for ODPC registration where it applies
- South Africa: POPIA — consent for direct marketing, privacy notice and information officer details
- Ghana: Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)

Need a simple business website? A Launch Site is USD 1,190. We invoice in US dollars; your customers pay in your local currency.
Before you ask
Questions from African businesses.
Still unsure? Ask us directly — we answer in one business day.
Do you have an office in Africa?
No. We work remotely from Sri Lanka, the same way we already work with clients in Singapore, Australia, the UK and the US. Calls are on Google Meet or Zoom, and updates come by WhatsApp or email.
How do we pay you?
We invoice in US dollars, in milestones, and most clients pay by international bank transfer. Ask on the first call if you need another option.
Can our store sell in shillings, naira or rand?
Yes. Your customers see prices and pay in your local currency through your local gateway. Only our invoice to you is in US dollars.
Can you work with our local agency or developer?
Yes — as the development partner behind a design or marketing agency, under your name or ours.
Will the site work on slow connections?
Yes. We test on throttled mobile connections and mid-range Android phones, and keep pages light so they load quickly on mobile data.
Which languages can the site be in?
English by default, and French, Swahili, Arabic or other languages on request, with translation supplied by you or a translator we recommend.
Next step
Tell us what you are building.
Three or four sentences is plenty. We reply within one business day with questions and a call time that suits your time zone.
